§ 38.34 NATURAL GAS MARKET PRICE AND TRANSPORTATION RATE.
   (A)   Availability and priority of service. Natural gas may be furnished, subject to availability, to all nonresidential customers on the city’s existing gas distribution system supplied at one point of delivery. This service shall have the second highest priority regarding availability.
   (B)   Character of service. Natural gas will be supplied at the 5-psi pressure.
   (C)   Rate schedule. See Appendix A for rates and effective dates.
      (1)   Customer charge/per month $475.
      (2)   Charges for gas delivered shall be the cost of spot consumption as purchased by Clayton Energy for the customer and in accordance with normal purchase practices on the daily market, plus 2% system loss, plus transport cost on the Northern Natural Gas Pipeline System to the Wahoo Town Border Station.
      (3)   Any additional cost of commodity purchase or transport created by any customer consumption shall be the liability of such customer taking service hereunder.
