§ 38.31 RESIDENTIAL GENERAL SERVICE NATURAL GAS RATES.

(A) Availability and priority of service. Natural gas shall be furnished, subject to availability, to all residential customers on the city's existing gas distribution facilities supplied at one point of delivery for which no other specific schedule is provided. This service shall have the highest priority regarding availability.

(B) Character of service. Natural gas will be supplied at the standard pressures and quality.

(D) Minimum bill. The minimum bill shall be the customer charge.
