The territory now embraced in the city, without any further ordinance or resolution shall be, and hereby is, divided into three Wards as follows:
FIRST WARD
All that part of the City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska, lying west and north of a line starting at the north corporate limits on Chestnut Street to 16th Street, west to Sycamore Street, south to 8th Street, east to Walnut Street, south to 6th Street, extended west to the corporate limits of the City fo Wahoo, Nebraska, shall be and is hereby constituted “First Ward,” which said Ward shall have a polling place or places to be selected as provided by law.
SECOND WARD
All that part of the City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska, lying south of a line starting at the east corporate limits at 6th Street to Elm Street, then north to 7th Street, then west to Walnut Street, then south to 6th Street, extended west to the corporate limits of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska shall be and is hereby constituted “Second Ward,” which said Ward shall have a polling place or places to be selected as provided by law.
THIRD WARD
All that part of the City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska, lying east of a line starting starting at the north corporate limit line on North Chestnut south to 16th Street, then west to Sycamore Street, then south to 8th Street, then east to Walnut Street, then south to 7th Street, then east to Elm Street, then south to 6th Street extended east to the corporate limits ofthe City of Wahoo, Nebraska shall be and is hereby constituted “Third Ward,” which said Ward shall have a polling place or places to be selected as provided by law.
