The city previously has, and hereby affirms, an agreement with the Wahoo Volunteer Fire Department as well as the Wahoo Rural Fire District to provide emergency medical services thereunder. The city previously has, and hereby affirms, its current mutual aid agreements. All such agreements shall be approved by the City Council and thereafter placed on file at the office of the City Clerk for inspection at any reasonable time during normal business hours.
