§ 34.42  LIEN FOR STORAGE FEES AND DISPOSITION.
   Pursuant to Neb. RS 52-601.01 et seq. the Police Department of the city is authorized to dispose of said personal property pursuant to said statutes, as they now exist and as they may from time to time hereafter be amended.
