§ 34.10 MANDATORY ASSISTANCE.
   Any official of the City Fire Department may command the assistance and services of any person present at a fire to help in extinguishing the fire or in the removal and protection of property. In the event that a spectator refuses, neglects, or fails to assist the Fire Department after a lawful order to do so, he or she shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
