§ 31.30 CITY CLERK.
   The City Clerk shall have custody of all laws and ordinances of the city. The job description of the City Clerk shall be on file at the city hall and may be amended from time to time by the Mayor and Council. The City Clerk shall receive such compensation and allowance as the Mayor and Council may provide in the same manner as other employees of the city.
