The official corporate seal of the city shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk, and shall bear the following inscription: "Seal, City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska." The City Clerk shall affix an impression of the official seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances, and all other official papers issued by order of the Mayor and Council and countersigned by the City Clerk.
