§ 111.74  EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSING.
   (A)   All licenses shall expire one year after their issuance, and shall not be assignable.
   (B)   Licensees shall have 30 days after the date of expiration of a license to renew. In order to renew the license, licensee must file proof of insurance as stated in § 111.71 with the City Clerk. Licensee must also pay the license renewal fee. If said conditions are not met, the license will be considered expired. If a license is allowed to expire, the initial licensing requirements must be met and fees paid.
