§ 111.72 AUTHORITY TO DENY ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

   The City Administrator and/or Parks and Recreation Director may deny an application for a license under this chapter upon determination that:

   (A)   The applicant has had any contractor's license revoked or suspended; or

   (B)   The applicant has previously failed to comply with the ordinances and regulations of the City of Wahoo relating to conducting any business licensed by this code.
