An applicant for a tree contractor license shall:
(A) Apply on the form provided by the City Clerk.
(B) Provide written evidence of possession of liability insurance coverage in the minimum amounts of: $1 million/occurrence, $2 million aggregate, $300,000 bodily injury and $100,000 property damage which indemnifies the City of Wahoo or any person injured or damage resulting from the pursuit of the endeavors as herein described.
(C) Pay the annual license fee.
