In order to accommodate anticipated long-range future growth, the Comprehensive Development Plan 2017 for the city, as prepared by JEO Consulting Group, Inc., is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amendments which may now or in the future be made as though printed in full herein. Such plan and study shall consist of maps, graphs, and text. Three copies of the herein adopted plan and study shall be kept on file with the City Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
