§ 150.021 ENERGY CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE; CONFLICTS.
   (A)   The International Energy Conservation Code, 2003 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Energy Code of this municipality for regulating and governing energy efficient envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems as herein provided; providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Energy Conservation Code on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk are hereby adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this code, insofar as such code does not conflict with the statues of the State of Nebraska. One copy of the Energy Code in on file at the office of the City Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time. The provisions of the Energy Code shall be controlling through the city and throughout its zoning jurisdiction.
   (B)   Where the provisions of the Energy Code conflict with provisions of other portions of this chapter or with provisions of Chapter 151 of this code of ordinances, the most restrictive or stringent provisions shall govern.
