§ 131.51 SALE TO MINORS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give, deliver, distribute or furnish in any way any tobacco in any form whatever, or any cigarettes, cigarette paper, vapor nicotine products, alternative nicotine products or kratom, to any person under the age defined by Neb. RS 28-1419.
