It shall be unlawful for any minor, as defined by Neb. RS 28-1418, to transport, possess knowingly, or have under his or her control, in any motor vehicle, tobacco products, vapor nicotine products, alternative nicotine products or kratom on any public street, alley, roadway, or property owned by the state of Nebraska or any subdivision thereof or any other place within the city limits.
