§ 112.06  NATURAL GAS UTILITIES.
   (A)   There is imposed an occupation tax upon any natural gas utility utilizing the public right-of-way of the city for the distribution of natural gas, based on the following schedule:
      (1)   Residential, Commercial and Industrial Customers:
         (a)   $.025 per CCF from October 1 to March 31.
         (b)   $.060 per CCF from April 1 to September 30.
      (2)   City Power Plant Generation:
         (a)   $.03 per CCF all year.
   (B)   The City Natural Gas Division, a part of the Board of Public Works or any other natural gas utility which utilizes the City Natural Gas Division distribution system or installs its own natural gas distribution system in the public right-of-way of the city, shall install and maintain, at their expense, a gas metering system so as to accurately record usage of customers.
   (C)   Monthly reports, which document usage of customers, shall be accessible to employees of the city for reviewing, inspection and testing.
   (D)   Said occupation tax shall be submitted to the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer within 15 days after the end of the month.
