§ 111.56  UNLAWFUL USE OR TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   No licensed HVAC contractor shall allow his or her name to be used by another person, directly or indirectly, to obtain a permit for the installation of any work, and if any licensed HVAC contractor violates this provision, the City Council shall forthwith revoke the license issued to such HVAC contractor.  In addition to having his or her license revoked, such HVAC contractor may be prosecuted under the violation section of this code.
