§ 111.53 LICENSING OF THE FIRM.
   Any firm may be licensed hereunder as an HVAC contractor in the name of such firm provided that such firm shall have an HVAC contractor who is duly licensed as provided in this subchapter. Such HVAC contractor must be a bona fide officer of the firm or an employee who is regularly employed by the firm and is actually engaged in the planning, superintending, and practical installation of HVAC installation and repair. Said HVAC contractor listed and licensed by such firm shall be in actual charge of and responsible for the installation, removal, or repair of any HVAC system done by such firm. Before the firm shall be licensed as an HVAC contractor, there shall be filed with the City Clerk a certificate from the Building Inspector showing the fitness and competency of the individual or individuals who are qualified as HVAC contractors and who shall be in charge of the firm's HVAC system activities. One individual must qualify as an HVAC contractor to enable said firm to hold an HVAC contractor's license. In the event said individual withdraws from or ceases to be connected with the firm the Building Inspector shall forthwith revoke the license of the firm.
