§ 111.31 UNLAWFUL USE OR TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   No licensed electrician shall allow his or her name to be used by another person, directly or indirectly, to obtain a permit for the installation of any work, and if any licensed electrician violates this provision, the City Council shall forthwith revoke the license issued to such electrician. In addition to having his or her license revoked, such master electrician may be prosecuted under the penalty section of this code.
