(A) All licenses shall expire on December 31 of each year and shall not be assignable.
(B) Licensees shall have 90 days after the date of expiration of a license to renew. In order to renew the license, licensee must file proof of insurance as stated in § 111.71 with the City Clerk. Licensee must also pay the license renewal fee. If said conditions are not met, the license will be considered expired. If a license is allowed to expire, the initial licensing requirements must be met, and fees paid.
