§ 111.29  EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSING.
   (A)   All licenses shall expire one year after their issuance and shall not be assignable.  At the time of expiration, a license may be renewed upon the recommendation of the Building Inspector.
   (B)   Licensees shall have 30 days after the date of expiration of a license to renew.  In order to renew the license, licensee must file a current bond or insurance policy as stated in § 111.27 and a copy of their current electrician's license issued by the State of Nebraska, with the City Clerk.  Licensee must also pay the renewal fee, as set by resolution of the Council.  If said conditions are not met, the license will be considered expired.  If a license is allowed to expire, the initial licensing requirements must be met and fees paid.
