§ 111.25  LICENSE  REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall hereafter engage in or work at the business of a master electrician in the city until he or she shall have been licensed as a master electrician.  Application for licensing shall be made in writing to the Building Inspector showing the name of the applicant, the business location of the applicant, and such other information as may be required.

   (B)   The provisions of this subchapter relating to electricians shall not apply to any public utility company or companies serving the city and its inhabitants under a franchise agreement with the city, or its agents and employees, and shall not be construed as a limitation or restriction upon any franchises heretofore granted by the city.
