At the time of the issuance of the permit, the Building Inspector shall make the applicant aware of the inspections required by the City Plumbing Code. Any testing required shall be conducted in the presence of the Building Inspector or his or her agent. No plumbing shall be covered or concealed until the same has been inspected and approved in writing by the Building Inspector or his or her agent. If a proper inspection cannot be made because plumbing has been covered or concealed, expenses for the removal and replacement of property and materials to allow for a proper inspection shall be the responsibility of the master plumber of firm.
