No licensed plumber shall allow his or her name to be used by another person, directly or indirectly, to obtain a permit for the installation of any work, and if any licensed plumber violates this provision, the City Council shall forthwith revoke the license issued to such plumber. In addition to having his or her license revoked, such master plumber may be prosecuted under the violation section of this code.
