(A) All licenses shall expire December 31 of each year after their issuance and shall not be assignable. At the time of expiration, a license may be renewed upon the recommendation of the Building Inspector, without an examination.
(B) Licensees shall have 90 days after the date of expiration of a license to renew. In order to renew the license, licensee must file a current bond or insurance policy as stated in § 111.03 with the City Clerk. Licensee must also pay the renewal fee, as set by resolution of Council. If said conditions are not met, the license will be considered expired. If a license is allowed to expire, the initial licensing requirements must be met, and fees paid.
