(A) A sidewalk café occupying any portion of the public space abutting the record owner's property must obtain and meet the conditions of a sidewalk café license.
(B) The annual fee for a sidewalk café license shall be $100 non pro-rated, and every license shall terminate on the 30th day of April next following the issuance of the same.
