All raffles shall be subject to the following limitations:
A. The aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by a licensee in a single raffle shall not exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00).
B. The maximum retail value of each prize awarded by a licensee in a single raffle shall not exceed one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00).
C. The maximum price which may be charged for each raffle chance issued or sold shall not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).
D. The maximum number of days during which chances may be issued or sold shall not exceed one hundred eighty (180) days. (Ord. 2003-616, 1-21-2003)
