3-3-4: PUBLIC PLACES:
No peddler, vendor or solicitor shall ply his/her vocation on any street, sidewalk, park, parkway or in any other public place unless his/her license specifies that peddling, vending or soliciting in such public places is permitted thereunder. (Ord. 37, 12-2-1968)
