Any licensee may apply for renewal of his license prior to the expiration thereof; provided, however, that at the time of renewal he is then qualified as for an original application, and provided that the premises for which such renewal of license is sought are in compliance with all applicable ordinances of the village. The right to file an application for renewal of a license hereunder shall not be construed to create any vested interest, or right in an applicant. An application for renewal of a license hereunder shall not prevent the village from decreasing the number of licenses to be issued. (Ord. 95-433, 12-5-1995, eff. 4-30-1996)
