3-1-2: LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION:
   A.   Appointment: The LLCC may appoint a person, or persons to serve at the will of the LLCC, and to advise him in the exercise of his powers and duties as such commissioner. Such persons shall be members of the village board of trustees, and shall constitute the liquor control commission of the village.
   B.   Filing Of Appointment: The LLCC shall file a written appointment of the members of the Liquor Control Commission in the office of the Village Clerk, within five (5) days after making the appointment of said members.
   C.   Duties: The Liquor Commission shall have the following duties:
      1.   To recommend to the Village Board such further regulations and restrictions regarding the issuance of, and operations under local licenses, not inconsistent with law, as the public good and convenience may require.
      2.   To conduct hearings upon all matters referred to it by the LLCC and to make recommendations thereon to the LLCC. (Ord. 95-433, 12-5-1995, eff. 4-30-1996)
