A cannabis business establishment will only be eligible for a license under this chapter if (1) it has received the appropriate license to operate from the appropriate stage agency; (2) it has received all necessary zoning approvals required under Title 10 of this code to operate within the Village limits; and (3) a license in the respective classification is available under this chapter and has not already been issued.
