2-4-5: MEETINGS:

The Committee shall meet periodically on the call of its chairperson or any three (3) members thereof, but in any event, not less frequently than quarterly. The Committee shall promptly issue a report of each meeting to the Village Board's Road and Bridge Committee. (Ord. 2019-1077, 12-3-2019)
