The Committee shall consist of five (5) members as appointed by the Village Board's Road and Bridge Committee. Said members to be appointed shall be as follows:
A. One (1) member who may be a resident or nonresident of the Village;
B. Three (3) public members who shall be residents of the Village at the time of the appointment and who shall maintain said residency during the term thereof; and
C. One member who shall be the Chairman of the Village Board's Road and Bridge Committee. (Ord. 2019-1077, 12-3-2019)
