The Committee shall consist of seven (7) members as appointed by the President of the Board of Trustees by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Said members to be appointed shall be:
A. Two (2) members from business or industry, whether or not residents of the Village;
B. Three (3) public members who shall be residents of the Village at the time of the appointment and who shall maintain said residency during the term thereof;
C. One member who shall be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Village;
D. One member who shall be a Village staff employee or consultant. (Ord. 248, 1-11-1988)
