Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Title shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. A separate offense shall be deemed to occur for each day a violation occurs or continues. Further, a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each tree that is damaged, removed, cut or otherwise assaulted without a permit. (Ord. 97-473, 4-1-1997)
