2-2-5: CONCURRENT MEMBERSHIP OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS AND PLAN COMMISSION:
As of August 1, 2015, the members of the zoning board of appeals shall also serve as members of the plan commission, and the chair of the zoning board of appeals shall also serve as the chair of the plan commission. The resignation, removal, or replacement of any member from the plan commission shall be deemed to be a resignation, removal, or replacement from the zoning board of appeals.
