The zoning board of appeals shall consist of seven (7) members who are appointed by the village president subject to confirmation by the village board. As of August 1, 2015, one member will be appointed for a one year term, one member appointed to a two (2) year term, one member appointed to a three (3) year term, two (2) members appointed to a four (4) year term, and two (2) members appointed to a five (5) year term. Members are appointed for five (5) year terms after the expiration of the initial terms prescribed by law. (Ord. 2015-956, 7-21-2015)
