2-2-2: JURISDICTION:
The zoning board shall hold public hearings on request for conditional use permits, amendments to title 10 of this code and variations and appeals and shall make reports and recommendations to the village board. (Ord. 91-341, 4-2-1991; amd. 1996 Code)
