This chapter sets forth the standards for landscaping subdivisions, individual businesses, and other uses falling within the scope of regulation of this title. The standards and regulations of this chapter are further divided into five (5) separate sets of standards and regulations covering the landscaping of natural resource protection areas, scenic corridor areas, subdivisions, site improvements, and buffers and required yards; any new subdivision or any business, industry or other development required to be landscaped which contains any or all of these features shall be landscaped so that the requirement for each feature present thereon is met and a unified design is prepared for the entire subdivision or site.
