2-1-6: CONCURRENT MEMBERSHIP OF PLAN COMMISSION AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS:
As of August 1, 2015, the members of the plan commission shall also serve as members of the zoning board of appeals, and the chair of the plan commission shall also serve as the chair of the zoning board of appeals. The resignation, removal, or replacement of any member from the zoning board of appeals shall be deemed to be a resignation, removal, or replacement from the plan commission.
