12-4-6: EXCEPTIONS:
   A.   Utility Company Exemption: Utility companies, in the maintenance of their operating and distribution equipment and facilities, are exempt from the provisions of this Chapter.
   B.   Replacement Exemption: No replacement shall be required if the Village Forester determines that the tree or trees to be removed are dead or unsafe. (Ord. 97-473, 4-1-1997)
