A. Standard: When a permit is issued to remove tree(s), the permittee shall be required to plant replacement trees for every tree removed after the fifth tree for individual home sites and for every tree removed after the third tree for other sites. The Village Forester may reduce the required amount of replacement trees if he determines that strict compliance with this requirement is impossible or not reasonably practical and a reduced amount of replanting would still fulfill the purpose and intent of this Title. Tree replacements will be of like species or other species approved by the Village Forester and the number and size of which shall be in accordance with the following table:
