A. The village of Wadsworth shall provide access to public records as required by the Illinois freedom of information act, 5 Illinois Compiled Statutes 140/1 et seq., as amended.
B. All requests for inspection or copies of public records must be submitted in writing in accordance with the village of Wadsworth freedom of information act policy, which policy is available for inspection at the office of the village. (Ord. 2010-806, 1-19-2010)
