11-3-16: INSPECTION:
All public improvements to be made under the provisions of this Title shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Village Engineer or his duly authorized representative. The cost of all inspections shall be paid by the subdivider in accordance with Village professional fees ordinance. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
