If any trees are required to be planted on any part of the subdivision by the subdivider, the species of trees and the location thereof shall be subject to the approval of the Plan Commission. If it is necessary to remove any existing trees during construction of a subdivision, such tree removal and required replacement of trees shall be performed in accordance with the Village ordinances.
