Copies of all submittals to the LCSMC shall be simultaneously submitted to the Village. Copies of all correspondence from LCSMC shall be promptly filed with the Village. Prior to or at final plat approval, the subdivider shall file with the Village the required permit and approval from the LCSMC. When such approval and permits are not required, written confirmation from the LCSMC shall be filed with Village. In the event of a conflict between the Village ordinances, including this Subdivision Control Title, and the rules and regulations of the LCSMC, the more stringent provision shall govern.
