All existing field tiles shall be located and provisions made to relocate around building sites and to perpetuate existing drainage. To avoid the potential erosion caused by long period flows, field tiles shall not discharge overland except in a wetland or detention area. No field tile shall be permitted to remain under a street. It shall be replaced with load bearing pipe and, when determined to be feasible or desirable by the Village Engineer, shall be incorporated into the subdivision storm sewer or drainage system.
