Where no alleys are provided, there shall be dedicated easements of not less than ten feet (10') in width for wires, conduits, storm and sanitary sewer, gas, water or other utility pipes or lines, along the rear, front or side of each lot line, as necessary. The easements shall be laid out so that utility easements are contiguous and create a functional utility grid to ensure adequate access through the subdivision. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
