"Standard specifications" or "specifications" means the specifications in the current editions of the IDOT "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" (RBC), along with any supplementation thereto and the "Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois" (WSC) as adopted by the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers. All roadway improvements shall conform to the applicable standards of IDOT and this Title. The design and specifications shall be set forth in the engineering improvement plans, which must be submitted to and be approved by the Village prior to final plat approval. In the event of a conflict between the standards set forth in RBC, WSC, and/or this Title, the most stringent provision shall govern. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
