11-1-13: SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION:

The provisions of this Title do not apply and no subdivision plat is required for the division or subdivision of land into parcels or tracts of ten (10) acres or more in size which does not involve any new streets, easements of access, or public improvements. (Ord. 97-487, 10-21-1997)
