11-1-11: PROFESSIONAL FEES:

Any person seeking the Village's approval or consideration for any plat of subdivision shall be responsible for any professional fees incurred by the Village in reviewing the matter, including, but not limited to, engineering fees, planner fees, and attorney fees. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
